The Foundation's aims are achieved through regional committees in Auckland, Christchurch, Dunedin, Taranaki and Wellington, with others being set up.
David Jackson (Chairman)
A former partner and Chairman of the accounting firm Ernst & Young, David is a director of several public companies,a member of the Securities Commission and a Trustee of the New Zealand National Maritime Museum. He is based in Auckland.

Angela Gorton (Shaw)
A recipient of a NZ Government Bursary, an Arts Excellence Award and a QE11 Arts Council Study Grant, Angela has performed over 28 major operatic roles and sung with the NZBC, NZ Symphony and ABC orchestras. A Founder Trustee of Canterbury Opera and its General Manager for 10 years, she is a Trustee of the Music Centre of Christchurch.
Lindsay Lloyd
Lindsay is a partner of the law firm MDS Law in Christchurch. He is a director of a number of private companies and has extensive experience in commercial, property and trust law. He was the inaugural chairman of the New Zealand Law Society Property Law Section and remains on the executive of that section. He is also a member of the New Zealand Law Society Ethics Committee.
Felicity McLennan
Based in Wellington, Felicity is a human resources consultant with many years experience working in the public and private sectors in New Zealand, Canada and the UK. She has held management positions in global human resource companies as well as owning her own business. Over the years Felicity has been active in a number of community based organisations. She is a Trustee of the NZ Riding for the Disabled Association Perpetual Members Fund and is a board member of Age Concern, Wellington.
Robert (Rob) Martin
Rob has had careers with Shell Oil New Zealand Ltd, the Royal New Zealand Navy and accounting firm Ernst & Young. As part of his responsibilities with Ernst & Young, then a major sponsor of the Foundation, he became administrator and then Trustee. Rob resides in Wellington.
Anna (Alexandra) Midgley
Alexandra Gordon won a two year Friends of the Royal Opera House scholarship to study at the London Opera Centre. She performed at Glyndebourne, Scottish Opera, Covent Garden , with the BBC, and in concert in the UK and Europe. Alexandra served on boards of The Little Foundation and The Stars Organisation for SCOPE before returning to Christchurch in 1998.
Alan Pollock
Alan has had a career in international business and finance as a company director and CEO, latterly with the former New Zealand Dairy Board including two terms as Regional Director in the UK and Europe and as the Board's Chief Financial Officer. Most recently he has been a dairy and deer farmer and shares his time between Wellington and his Central Otago grazing property.
